Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 June 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of LeadGrab at app.leadgrab.net. By creating an account you agree to them. If you’re using LeadGrab on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorised to bind that company.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly at hello@leadgrab.net if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Plans, credits & billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the interval you chose until cancelled. Credits (searches, verifications, SEO metrics) reset or accrue as described on the pricing page; unused plan credits don’t roll over unless stated. Top-up credits expire per their listed validity.
Payments are processed by Stripe in GBP. You can cancel anytime from billing settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
Use LeadGrab for lawful B2B prospecting only. You must comply with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws (including PECR, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR) when contacting prospects, and with the terms of any third-party platforms you target.
You may not resell raw access to the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit accounting, or upload data you have no right to process.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to the lists and files you upload and the results you export. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process them for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Some features depend on third-party APIs (search engines, verification and metrics providers) whose availability we don’t control.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you use exported data.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by nature should survive (data ownership, liability, governing law) survive termination.
9. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them from time to time; material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
