1. Who we are

LeadGrab (“we”, “us”) provides a B2B lead-generation toolkit at app.leadgrab.net. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@leadgrab.net.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and a hashed password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).

Usage data: searches you run, files you upload for verification or enrichment, credit consumption, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps).

Billing data: subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe. We store plan and invoice references — never your full card details.

3. How we use your data

To operate the service: running searches, verifying emails, enriching files, and crediting your account correctly.

To communicate with you: verification and password-reset emails, billing receipts, and important service notices. Marketing emails are optional and can be unsubscribed at any time.

To keep the platform safe: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and audit logging.

4. Your uploaded lists

Files you upload belong to you. They’re stored encrypted, processed solely to complete the job you requested, and can be deleted from your dashboard at any time. We never sell, rent, or share your lists with third parties.

5. Third-party processors

We use a small set of processors to run LeadGrab: Stripe (payments), email delivery providers (transactional email), Google APIs (search and Sheets export, only when you connect them), and our hosting and database providers. Each processes data only on our instructions.

6. Retention & deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You may delete your account from settings; this removes your personal data and uploads within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under UK and EU GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Email hello@leadgrab.net and we’ll respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
