Single & bulk verification
Check one address on the spot, or run a whole list at once — both backed by a real verification provider rather than a guess.
Verify a single address or a whole list before you send. Real-time MX, SMTP, disposable, and catch-all checks tell you exactly what's safe — and protect your sender reputation in the process.
What's inside
Built around one job: knowing which addresses are safe to send to before a single email goes out.
Check one address on the spot, or run a whole list at once — both backed by a real verification provider rather than a guess.
Drop in a CSV or XLSX file, or paste addresses straight in. Auto column detection finds the email field so you don't have to map it.
Large lists run in the background with live progress, so you can keep working while results stream in instead of staring at a spinner.
Every result lands in a table with colour-coded status badges and running counts, so you can see at a glance how clean your list is.
Download verified results to Excel with statuses attached, ready to filter down to a safe-to-send segment in seconds.
Every run is saved. Revisit past jobs, re-download results, and keep a record of what you've checked without re-running it.
How it works
Verify one address inline, or bring a list by pasting it in or uploading a CSV or XLSX — the email column is detected for you.
Each address is checked against MX records, SMTP response, disposable-domain lists, and catch-all detection to land on a clear status.
Filter by status, export to Excel, and send only to the addresses that won't bounce — protecting your sender reputation.
Need the addresses first?
Use Email Finder to pull contacts from any domain, then send them straight here to confirm they're safe to send to.
FAQ
Each address resolves to one of seven results: safe (deliverable and low-risk), valid (the mailbox exists), invalid (will bounce), disposable (a temporary or throwaway domain), catch-all (the domain accepts everything, so it can't be confirmed individually), role (a generic mailbox like info@ or sales@), and unknown (the server didn't give a definitive answer).
Verification runs through Reoon, a dedicated provider that performs live MX, SMTP, disposable, and catch-all checks. Most addresses resolve to a confident status; catch-all and unknown reflect cases where a mail server genuinely can't be probed further, not a guess on our part.
Verification draws on credit limits tied to your plan — daily, monthly, and total caps. Single checks and bulk runs both consume credits per address verified, and your remaining balance is always visible in the dashboard.
Bulk lists are processed in the background with live progress, so large files are handled comfortably without tying up your browser. The maximum size depends on your plan's verification credits — you can verify up to your available balance in a single run.
Sending to invalid or disposable addresses drives up bounce rates, and a high bounce rate damages your sender reputation and deliverability for everyone on your domain. Verifying first keeps bounces low and your inbox placement healthy.
